Timing Your Visit
In order to enhance your experience with us at New Dimensions Salon and Day Spa, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment or your scheduled spa appointment. So that we may give you the highest quality service, any individual arriving 15 minutes late for an appointment will be asked to reschedule.

We require a 72 hour cancellation notice on spa packages. We will require a credit card when booking three or more services. Cancellation of spa packages with less than 72 hour notice will be charged.
